Blackwolf Run

Cassy earned the distinguished honor of being named the 2012 U.S. Women’s Open official artist. In addition to creating the official tournament poster, two pieces from her series Daybreak at Blackwolf Run were featured as official prints. The paintings—Championship #18 and Classic Blind Alley—have been acknowledged by tournament officials as timeless classics with unique flair.

Cassy sees Blackwolf Run as a seamless blend of natural beauty and dramatic energy. As part of each painting, she incorporates sand from the golf course to capture the terrain through vibrant tones, rugged texture and rippling light.
